How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • At ALDI SÜD's International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints
  • As a Manager for Business Strategy, you guide a team of strategy professionals by coordinating and executing tasks, while fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • You organize project deliverables while managing team workloads to align with strategic objectives and deadlines
  • In your role you act as a key liaison for business strategy providing insights, updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership
  • You track performance through key indicators, identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts
  • In addition, you support the development and execution of the business vision, strategy, and operating model for ICI in alignment with ALDI’s overarching strategy
  • You’ll set up a governance framework, track and manage OKRs for strategy implementation ensuring accurate documentation and continuous alignment with business goals
  • As a Manger for Business Strategy, you conduct market and competitor analyses, synthesising insights to identify relevant trends, opportunities, and risks for strategic initiatives
  • You’ll act as a key interface with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment, collecting feedback and driving the effective execution of strategic projects (e.g., nextALDI)
  • In your role you work closely with product lines and IPO Strategy, ensuring a seamless link between strategy development and execution
  • You’ll prepare and orchestrate strategic international committees, ensuring high-quality decision-making materials for leadership discussions (ICIC, GSO, IMC, TPC, etc.)

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • As a Manager for Business Strategy, you have a degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • You have several years of professional experience with e-commerce, digital services or customer engagement propositions in a fast-paced environment
  • As a leader, you are able to manage teams and projects
  • You have experience in developing and implementing international business strategies for large corporations
  • In addition, you have strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills with the ability to make informed decisions in complex environments
  • You have exceptional methodical competencies including structuring and planning, analytical and conceptual thinking, applying frameworks and facilitation
  • You have outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You strive for simplicity, efficiency and cost-effectiveness while delivering value through omnichannel solutions
  • You’re fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
