How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Recruitment Consultant, you play a dual role: leading searches to attract world-class leaders while also shaping and enhancing our recruitment processes to ensure we’re operating at peak performance
  • In your role you will work on and refine recruiting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
  • You will manage end-to-end leadership/executive recruitment processes
  • You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and craft targeted search strategies for leadership roles
  • You will lead or support the design and implementation of recruiting tools, reporting, and best practices
  • You enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, as well with top-tier executive search firm

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You are passionate about finding top leadership talent and driving strategic improvements in how recruiting is done
  • You possess 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search and you have proven track record of successful board-level placements
  • A strong network within relevant executive search firms and exceptional communication skills as an advisory partner for senior management are your professional core competencies
  • You bring experience in supporting leadership and board-level hiring decisions, strong business acumen and industry knowledge 
  • With your great stakeholder management skills, you can build rapport with senior executives 
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills describe your working style
  • Ideally, you bring experience in both in-house and agency executive recruitment, as well as an understanding of executive compensation structures 
  • You’re fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
