How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a Key User you will be closely collaborating with our international & national sustainability departments
You will serve as a link between the business and IT departments
You will be supporting the international and national sustainability teams in transforming system landscapes and implementing process changes
Your tasks include optimising, documenting, and analysing new and existing requirements, processes and systems
You will be responsible for testing and end-user training
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will support end-users with questions related to technical issues and business processes.

The requirements of the role include:

As a Key User, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline
You ideally possess 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
You possess business-fluent English skills
You have a passion for sustainability and are interested in new digital solutions
You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mentality
Your reliable, structured, and independent way of working is a strong asset
