How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Key User you will be closely collaborating with our international & national sustainability departments
- You will serve as a link between the business and IT departments
- You will be supporting the international and national sustainability teams in transforming system landscapes and implementing process changes
- Your tasks include optimising, documenting, and analysing new and existing requirements, processes and systems
- You will be responsible for testing and end-user training
- In addition to your core responsibilities, you will support end-users with questions related to technical issues and business processes.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Key User, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline
- You ideally possess 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- You have a passion for sustainability and are interested in new digital solutions
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mentality
- Your reliable, structured, and independent way of working is a strong asset

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
