How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll assist in bank relationship management by coordinating with banking partners to optimize service levels, negotiate terms, and support international Treasury operations across multiple regions
- You’ll prepare for and actively participate in regular bank meetings to maintain and develop strong banking relationships. In this context, you manage the onboarding of new banks and financial service providers, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- In your role you’ll act as the primary point of contact for Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of all required documentation
- You’ll be responsible for guarantee maintenance and managing guarantee tenders to support corporate financial commitments
- In addition, you’ll contribute to major Group Treasury projects by participating in the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of treasury solutions in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have a qualification in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, or Financial Services, or equivalent practical experience
- Ideally, you have experience working in Corporate Treasury and bank relation management, particularly within retail and/or international companies
- You are enthusiastic about cooperating and negotiating with international financial institutions, service providers, and all ALDI SOUTH countries worldwide
- You are proficient in MS Office; additional experience with Treasury applications (e.g., TMS, market data provider terminals) and SAP is a plus
- Your English language skills are excellent; additional German language skills would be advantageous
- You have an independent, conscientious, flexible, and organized way of working
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
