How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You will collaborate within the global Procurement departments to provide data insights support for procurement teams by managing and optimising key systems, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and reporting
- You will serve as the primary liaison between Procurement teams, Finance, and the Performance Insights team, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to ensure alignment on financial objectives for global reporting
- You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, develop comprehensive test cases, spend and insights reports, and act as a controlling function to ensure Procurement goals are tracked and met
- You will conduct detailed financial analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, including cost-benefit evaluations and ROI assessments, and develop robust business cases to drive continuous financial and reporting improvements
- You will continuously evaluate and refine procurement and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and financial governance, ensuring accurate financial data integration and adherence to budgeting and cost control practices
Your profile
The requirements for this position:
- You have completed education (e.g., business administration or project management) or have practical experience in indirect procurement, performance management, or controlling
- You have good knowledge of SAP tools for extracting data, which is considered an advantage
- You are proficient in using reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- You demonstrate a flexible mindset, embracing change, collaboration, and iterative decision-making
- You have experience in setting objectives, developing business cases, and creating processes
- You are comfortable and effective in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- You are proactive and process-driven, with strong organisational and project management skills
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- You have business-fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
