How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• You’ll own the numbers behind our planning and cost performance
• In your role you’ll build forecasts, keep budgets clean, and make sure every cost savings initiative is tracked properly
• You’ll be responsible for cost and performance tracking, monitor cost drivers vs. plan and explain variances
• As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for cost saving initiative tracking
• You’ll partner with stakeholders worldwide and work with the business to understand changes and their financial impact 

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

• You have strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost/performance management
• You are proficient in Excel and can build and maintain robust models and analysis 
• You bring experience in tracking complex initiatives, especially savings, benefits realization, assumptions, follow-up
• You have comfort in partnering with stakeholders and challenging assumptions professionally
• You have a structured way of thinking, you can turn drivers into a clear narrative

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
