How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Project Management Expert you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
  • You will independently manage and lead work packages within international procurement projects, supporting planning, execution, and optimisation
  • Addtionally, you will analyse processes, volumetrics, and quality assurance standards to inform strategic decisions and ensure sustainable project value
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation within procurement activities is part of your tasks
  • You are responsible for creating data-driven reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear project updates and status reports to stakeholders
  • Assisting with organising senior management meetings and managing organisational and administrative project tasks will compliment your role

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As a Project Management Expert you have a completed business-oriented degree, ideally with a focus on project management
  • You posses several years of professional experience in project management, including leadership of workstreams or sub-streams
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • You possess business-fluent English skills
  • You have exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a process-driven approach
  • You have excellent communication skills and are confident in collaborating with all organizational levels, including senior management, internationally
  • You are able to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
  • You have a structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented work style
