How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Project Management Expert you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
- You will independently manage and lead work packages within international procurement projects, supporting planning, execution, and optimisation
- Addtionally, you will analyse processes, volumetrics, and quality assurance standards to inform strategic decisions and ensure sustainable project value
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation within procurement activities is part of your tasks
- You are responsible for creating data-driven reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Assisting with organising senior management meetings and managing organisational and administrative project tasks will compliment your role
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Project Management Expert you have a completed business-oriented degree, ideally with a focus on project management
- You posses several years of professional experience in project management, including leadership of workstreams or sub-streams
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- You have exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a process-driven approach
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident in collaborating with all organizational levels, including senior management, internationally
- You are able to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
- You have a structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented work style
