Every interaction we design aims to add real value, from helping customers easily access store information and inspiring recipes to enhancing marketing strategies, customer service, and e-commerce activities.
Our goal is to consistently attract new customers and deepen our relationships with existing ones through seamless, relevant experiences.
Based in Salzburg, we're continuously improving customer interactions across various channels, such as apps, digital services, and physical store experiences. Our days involve analysing customer journeys, developing and refining digital features, collaborating closely with international marketing and customer interaction teams, and identifying strategic opportunities for operational savings. An analytical mindset, combined with creative problem-solving and digital expertise, helps us ensure every touchpoint is optimised.
