We focus on developing you and your skills while offering role rotations, specialised training, and networking events that facilitate professional connections and development.
After the programme, you’ll gain a depth of knowledge about the ALDI business and will have an opportunity to receive a permanent contract.

Show us your personality within your cover letter.
Tip #2
Make sure your CV covers your education as well as work experience and training. Focus on the position you’re most interested in.

Keep it short and informative. Your documents should have a clear structure, start with the most current position, and remember to highlight any important steps or achievements.

Have someone else proofread your documents before you upload them to avoid spelling and grammar errors.

Name your attached documents according to content.

OUR RECRUITER TIPS FOR YOUR INTERVIEW
Tip #1
Familiarize yourself with the company and role, perhaps by visiting a store or doing online research.
Tip #2
Think about your own expectations of the position.

Practice things you might want to say in the interview beforehand, perhaps with a family member or friend. Consider and prepare any questions you want to ask.

Decide what you want to wear - the dress code for all interviews is business casual.
Tip #5
Arrive on time, with plenty of time to park and orient yourself (for in-person interviews). For online interviews, check your tech is all working beforehand.

Try and have a positive attitude - be confident you can do this! Take notes.

Communicate clearly - don’t be afraid to take a moment to collect your thoughts before responding to a question.
