How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation, you will manage and monitor the HR transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology, governance guidelines, and timelines
  • You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and project success
  • In your role, you will analyze processes and related volumes in detail to support informed strategic decisions
  • You will establish, analyze, and monitor quality standards and performance metrics to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value
  • You will identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation
  • You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and regularly update various stakeholders on project progress and status
  • You will contribute to the development and expansion of a service portfolio
  • Additionally, your tasks include supporting and facilitating the transitioning of HR processes as part of a strategic realignment

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally with initial leadership experience in a subproject or workstream
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail within a process-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to operate effectively in an international environment, including with senior management
  • Experience in business consulting is advantageous
  • Familiarity with HR processes or structures is desirable
  • Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)
