How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a member of the Indirect Tax team, you help drive the strategic development and digitalisation of VAT compliance across multiple countries and systems
- Your responsibilities include delivering technical advice on complex VAT questions with operational relevance, always in collaboration with international colleagues and business units
- You are excited by the task of advancing key initiatives in digital VAT compliance, including e-invoicing, reporting automation, data analytics, and system governance
- You act as a connector between tax, IT, and accounting, with a clear focus on sustainable process optimisation
- You contribute to global projects and help shape the indirect tax landscape of tomorrow
- You translate tax logic into system design, ensuring correct tax determination, and supporting the implementation of scalable controls
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have a university degree in Business, Law, IT, or a comparable field - ideally with a tax or digitalisation focus
- Ideally, you have passed the tax adviser exam, are currently in the examination process, or hold a comparable qualification
- Your experience in the area of indirect tax is relevant, ideally at the interface of tax, technology, and process design
- You are familiar with ERP systems and have a solid understanding, along with an interest in automation, reporting, and data structures
- You enjoy working in English, across borders, and thrive in an environment that values ownership and initiative

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
