How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll independently perform a wide range of administrative, assistance and project-related tasks, including, but not limited to: diary management and meeting scheduling, HR administration updates, budget tracking and expenses approval, meeting documentation organisation
- You are responsible for supporting the management of the International Sustainability Department
- You support the organisation of business trips, meetings and workshops, including logistics, meeting room preparation, and catering
- You independently and proactively seek improvements to administrative processes within the department
- You are able to support with drafting presentations, papers, letters, and contracts
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a commercial education at least at high school graduation level, ideally a completed university degree
- Ideally, you possess several years of professional experience in management assistance, particularly within a large, international organisation
- You have proficiency in MS Office
- You have excellent English skills
- You are reliable, structured and an independent way of working are your strong points
- You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking ability
- You communicate confidently with people of diverse professional and personal backgrounds

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
