How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll develop and manage SharePoint pages to meet user needs, supporting effective knowledge management for the International Procurement department
- You’ll design and implement effective visuals and layouts to enhance clarity and understanding across all communications
- Your responsibilities include developing strategies to optimise information flow and communication for both internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll provide communication support across the department, ensuring consistency in messages, tone, timing, and channels
- You’ll create content (posts, memos, reports, presentations) for different internal stakeholders
- This involves supporting the development and optimisation of internal communication processes and structures
- In your role, you will independently manage work packages within various projects, including developing and implementing strategic project plans
- Additionally, you’ll assist with organising and supporting Senior Management meetings
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies, ideally in the field of Information Design, Communication, Business Administration, or similar
- You have relevant work experience in the field of Information Design, Communication, or Project Management
- You are able to work in an agile manner and are comfortable with change
- You enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working appeals to you
- An efficient working style and creative thinking mindset set you apart
- You are self-driven, resilient and reliably delivering in a dynamic environment
- You have a very strong command of English (native or C-level), German skills are advantageous
- Know-how in dealing with SharePoint or experience with similar CMS are among your competencies
- You are experienced handling of MS Suite, especially MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
