How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will design, implement and maintain a global leadership development programme that supports our business strategy and enables highly empowered leaders to lead in times of constant transformation
  • As a Leadership & Organisational Development Expert, you will assess the learning requirements, set up concepts and implement processes as well as target group specific learning journeys
  • You will research internal and external training trends, conceptualise development programmes accordingly and establish a clear link to organisational capabilities and growth drivers
  • Collaborating with internal business partners, external experts and vendors to create and design new content and learning solutions to meet our leadership capability requirements is one of your tasks
  • Another task is working closely with HR leadership, HR departments and the business to build internal networks and manage stakeholders
  • You will apply modern, future-proof learning methods and engagement initiatives to equip our leaders with the capabilities and behaviours required to successfully lead through change
  • Managing the content creation, production and respective implementation of the global leadership development programme will be your responsibility
  • You will prepare and conduct leadership development courses and workshops for employees at management level

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed study in the field of pedagogics, training and development or similar
  • You have a proven track record in developing and implementing leadership programmes, ideally on a global scale in a retail environment
  • Deep expertise in managing global projects and stakeholders in an international context is required for this role
  • As a Leadership and Organisational Development Expert, you have knowledge in state-of-the-art training formats, online learning as well as content creation and production
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Execution focused, self-driven and resilient describes your working style
  • You are fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
