How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Consultant HR Transformation & Project Management you will manage and monitor the HR Transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology & governance guidelines and timelines
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project success
  • As part of your role you will analyse processes and related volumetrics in detail to inform strategic decisions
  • You will establish, analyse and monitor quality assurance standards and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value
  • You will identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation
  • You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders
  • You will establish service portfolio

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Project Management and execution, with first experience of fulfilling a lead role for a workstream/sub-stream
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, demonstrating the ability to work independently with strong initiative
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, within a process-focused approach
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to collaborate effectively in an international context, including with Senior Management
  • Prior experience in Business Consulting would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with HR processes would be an advantage
  • English fluency required; additional proficiency in German is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
