How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior management to provide comprehensive, executive-level support
- In this role, you will provide administrative support not only to the Managing Director but also to the wider Management Team within the Global Business Services Department
- Additionally, you will coordinate and assist in PMO activities and processes, including the planning, prioritisation, initiation, and execution of projects with a focus on finance
- Functioning as the main point of contact for all administrative matters within the team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, arranging business trips, and organising company-wide meetings
- You will correspond with national and international colleagues as well as external partners
- This position allows you to independently manage and execute a wide range of assistance tasks within a large global business environment and to foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders worldwide
- Furthermore, you will prepare and organise documents, protocols, and presentations in English
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a commercial training or hold a university degree
- You have proven professional experience in management assistance within an international company
- Prior experience in a finance-related role is a considered an advantage
- You possess advanced knowledge of MS Office
- You are business-fluent in the English, German skills are a benefit
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong level of diligence are part of your professional strengths
