How you'll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Execute the above market implementation of globally defined E2E processes, ensuring localisation of templates, compliance with tax/legal requirements, and alignment with business needs
  • Oversee E2E process rollout and go-live activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, responsibilities, and quality standards across all departments
  • Evaluate and monitor E2E process adherence, address deviations, and identify improvement opportunities to optimise national performance
  • Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or changed E2E processes, including scenario preparation, data validation, and resource coordination
  • Coordinate exchange and alignment with PCO and Central E2E teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of global processes
  • Update and align stakeholders on E2E progress, challenges, and key milestones; ensure documentation of deviations and corrective actions
  • Promote adherence to E2E standards, drive local adoption, and support the development and validation of E2E process improvement
  • Guarantee process compliance and support value tracking to ensure that global E2E initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes at national level

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Strong understanding of E2E business process design and implementation
  • Proven experience in process optimisation, testing, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and geographies
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to learn and apply new methodologies and technologies
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
