Your main tasks in this role are:

Execute the above market implementation of globally defined E2E processes, ensuring localisation of templates, compliance with tax/legal requirements, and alignment with business needs
Oversee E2E process rollout and go-live activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, responsibilities, and quality standards across all departments
Evaluate and monitor E2E process adherence, address deviations, and identify improvement opportunities to optimise national performance
Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or changed E2E processes, including scenario preparation, data validation, and resource coordination
Coordinate exchange and alignment with PCO and Central E2E teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of global processes
Update and align stakeholders on E2E progress, challenges, and key milestones; ensure documentation of deviations and corrective actions
Promote adherence to E2E standards, drive local adoption, and support the development and validation of E2E process improvement
Guarantee process compliance and support value tracking to ensure that global E2E initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes at national level

The requirements of the role include:

Strong understanding of E2E business process design and implementation
Proven experience in process optimisation, testing, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and geographies
Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and apply new methodologies and technologies
Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
