How you'll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Execute the above market implementation of globally defined E2E processes, ensuring localisation of templates, compliance with tax/legal requirements, and alignment with business needs
- Oversee E2E process rollout and go-live activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, responsibilities, and quality standards across all departments
- Evaluate and monitor E2E process adherence, address deviations, and identify improvement opportunities to optimise national performance
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or changed E2E processes, including scenario preparation, data validation, and resource coordination
- Coordinate exchange and alignment with PCO and Central E2E teams to ensure consistent understanding and execution of global processes
- Update and align stakeholders on E2E progress, challenges, and key milestones; ensure documentation of deviations and corrective actions
- Promote adherence to E2E standards, drive local adoption, and support the development and validation of E2E process improvement
- Guarantee process compliance and support value tracking to ensure that global E2E initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes at national level
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Strong understanding of E2E business process design and implementation
- Proven experience in process optimisation, testing, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and geographies
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and apply new methodologies and technologies
- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
