How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Procurement Systems & Enablement Expert, you’ll work within our International Procurement department, supporting the teams with the systems and tools they need – including SAP Ariba, Icertis and Monday.com
- You’ll act as a point of contact between Procurement teams and International IT, including some travel to Germany for onsite workshops (2-4 times per year)
- Your responsibilities include supporting the international rollout and implementation of systems to our global procurement departments - including gathering design requirements, co-ordinating with international internal and external stakeholders, and creating test cases and training materials
- You’ll be task to identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing systems and create business cases to drive continuous improvement
- As part of your role, you’ll support the demand-to-solution process, including completing value assessment and prioritisation, and conducting value measurement after implementation
- You’ll be responsible for proactively reviewing and improving processes with a focus on improving efficiency and compliance
- You’ll ultimately support with the implementation and maintenance of catalogues in SAP Ariba
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a degree in business administration, project management
- You bring hands-on experience in indirect procurement
- As an SAP Ariba Key User, you possess a strong experience and knowledge of the software (purchase to pay), experience with Icertis is an advantage
- Setting objectives, deriving business cases and creating processes belong to your core competencies
- A flexible mindset with the desire to embrace change, collaboration, and interactive decision-making are a matter of course to you
- You feel comfortable to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive and process-driven working style, with good organisational and project management skills, set you apart
- You’re proficient in MS Office (especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- You’re business-fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
