How you'll Make your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Business Services (GBS), Service Towers, and international markets to support strategic initiatives, service management activities, and organisational transformation efforts
  • Coordinate governance activities including stakeholder meetings, action tracking, decision logs, and follow-up on key initiatives
  • Develop management presentations, leadership updates, reporting, and decision-making materials for senior stakeholders
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of service management frameworks, processes, governance models, and service catalogues
  • Assist in the definition, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs, SLAs, and other performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints
  • Support change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive alignment and adoption of new ways of working
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions and countries, ensuring consistent documentation, knowledge sharing, and alignment on priorities
  • Support the operation of service portfolio, demand, SLA/KPI and performance-management processes, maintaining accurate registers, dashboards and action tracking
  • Analyse service performance and customer feedback, identify risks or improvement opportunities, and coordinate follow-up across Service Towers, providers and markets
  • Contribute to the development of standards, templates, and best practices that improve operational effectiveness and governance maturity across GBS
  • Conduct research, analysis, benchmarking, and problem-solving activities to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure deliverables, communications, and documentation meet high quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Relevant degree or experience in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Project Management, Organisational Development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, PMO, project management, service management, transformation, governance, or a similar business function
  • Strong organizational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and communication materials for senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively drive topics forward
  • Experience managing stakeholder meetings, tracking actions, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment where structures, processes, and priorities continue to develop
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills within multinational and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other productivity and collaboration tools
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is considered an advantage
